The 510-thread adapter features a 3-click preheat mode to gently warm up clogged cartridges.
Can I refill the herb chamber for back-to-back sessions?
Absolutely. Keep the chamber on, remove the top mouthpiece, and empty contents. Then refill with fresh herbs to continue.

How should I clean the mouthpiece?
Immerse the top half of the mouthpiece in isopropyl alcohol (ISO).
How often should I clean the chambers?
Clean the herb chambers with isopropyl alcohol-infused cotton swabs after every couple of sessions or weekly for optimal performance. Clean the concentrate chamber after every session.
Can I fully submerge the chambers in alcohol?
No. Chambers should only be wiped down with alcohol; submersion may damage components.

Mixturus uses an exchangeable 18650 battery, allowing for extended use and easy replacements.
How do I know when the battery needs to be replaced?
When the battery is lower than 3.3 volts, the device will blink 8 times and vibrate.
How long does it take to charge?
Mixturus features USB-C quick charging, so you can fully charge the battery in under 2 hours.

How do the LED indicators work?
The LEDs correspond to the selected temperature or voltage and are designed to be accessible, even for users with color vision deficiencies.
How long does a session last?
A session will run for up to 5 minutes. If no air movement is detected for 60 seconds, the device goes into idle mode. After 10 minutes, it will shut off automatically.

My device isn’t producing vapor. What should I do?
Check that the chamber or cartridge is properly connected. Ensure the battery is fully charged.
What if my 510-thread cartridge is clogged?
Activate the preheat function by clicking the button 3 times. This gently warms the cartridge to restore airflow.
