At Rite Innovations®, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we make returns simple and straightforward.

30-Day Return Window:

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, excluding original shipping and handling.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in original condition and unopened packaging
  • Product must not be marked as non-returnable on our site

 

How to Start a Return

  1. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):

 

  1. Ship the item back:
    • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
    • Use a trackable shipping method
    • Packages without an RMA will not be accepted

 

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving your return
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable

 

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products labeled as final sale, promotional day of sales or non-returnable
  • Items damaged due to misuse, modification, or neglect

 

Warranty Support

If you are experiencing issues with a defective product, this falls under our 1-Year Limited Warranty. Under the warranty, Rite Innovations® will, at our discretion:

  • Repair or replace the defective product at no cost to you, or
  • Issue a full refund of the purchase price after the product has been returned and inspected

We will cover all shipping and handling fees for approved warranty repairs or replacements.
