Services
Two services, one standard. We pack finished goods under your label on our line in Wadsworth, Ohio, and we find, fix and manage the factories that build your product. Every program gets a written brief, a pilot lot and a batch record.
Credentials
Co-packing services
You bring the product and the brand. We run the line, the changeover, the inspection and the release, and we hand you the batch record with every lot. The renders on this page are representative formats, not a product category: the line is configured per program.
Pilot lots start at 10,000 units. Changeover to a new SKU or new artwork takes two to three days. Runs scale to six-figure monthly volumes without a change of partner.

Count-based packs where every unit is portioned, inspected and sealed before it is cased.
Rigid flip-top cases with a tear-away seal. Your artwork on our dielines, print-ready files checked before a single carton is ordered.
Resealable and single-serve pouches for lighter, lower-cost SKUs and sampling programs.
Retail cartons, inner packs and master shippers sized to your distributor’s case pack and pallet pattern.
Your brand on a format we already run, or a program engineered to your spec. Either way you hold the brand and the records.
Line clearance, a signed changeover record and first-article inspection between programs. Two to three days, not a slot next quarter.
Labeling, claims and regulatory posture are reviewed with your counsel before the first run, and we make no regulatory claims on your behalf.
How a program runs
Format, volumes, channel and timeline. Fit and lead time are confirmed in writing before anyone spends money.
Your brand on our dielines. Print-ready files, barcodes and carton markings are checked before anything is ordered.
A 10,000-unit lot with first-article inspection and retained samples. Nothing scales until you sign off.
Batch records and lot traceability on every run. Each lot is released against the agreed specification.
Cartons and master shippers go to your distributors on the schedule we agreed, lot number on every case.
Consulting services
Engineering and supply-chain consulting for brands and product companies. One accountable manager from the RFQ package to the production ramp, with the same records discipline we run on our own line. Every engagement is quoted to scope.
We find and vet the suppliers, write the RFQ package and run the competitive quote. You get a landed-cost model per candidate, negotiated MOQ and incoterms, and a recommendation you can defend to your board.
BOM-level sourcing for multi-part assemblies: who makes what, who owns the tooling, who holds the first article. We coordinate the vendors so one assembly arrives, not twelve parts and a problem.
DFM review, tooling, pilot build, first-article inspection, production ramp, QC and logistics. One manager owns the program end to end, and the factory hears one voice: ours, speaking for you.
On-site or remote audits scored against a written standard. You get risk-ranked findings and a corrective-action plan the supplier can act on, not a pass-fail stamp.
APQP and PPAP execution, PFMEA and control plans, Cpk validation, supplier scorecards and 8D problem solving. The system that keeps a qualified supplier qualified after the launch.
When a program is already in trouble: containment at the supplier, expedited PPAP recovery, line-down escalation and overseas travel. We go, we stabilize, we hand back a supplier that ships.
Manufacturing-ready CAD, dimensioned drawings to ASME Y14.5 and packaging dielines. A factory can only quote what it can read, so we write the drawing it will actually build from.
Questions
Pilot lots start at 10,000 units and scale from there to six-figure monthly volumes. A pilot is a real production lot with first-article inspection and retained samples, not a sample run.
Fit and lead time are confirmed in writing within one business day of a complete brief. Once artwork is signed off and materials are on hand, a changeover to your SKU takes two to three days and a pilot lot ships in weeks, not months.
Single-unit formats, flip-top packs, resealable and single-serve pouches, retail cartons, inner packs and master shippers. Your artwork on our dielines. A format we do not already run is quoted as a program.
